With SmartStay, you can count on $100K in liability protection for each and every stay. If a traveler is accidentally injured while staying in your rental property, this program may provide coverage for claims made against you.
Rest easier knowing that each reservation comes with property damage protection. Should a guest damage your property or its contents, this program may cover up to $5K.
We perform a preliminary regulations assessment* prior to launching any community on the platform, as well as at ongoing intervals post-launch to minimize the risk of any regulatory issues.
Although not technically part of the SmartStay program, we also offer background screenings on every booking as part of our Risk Protection strategy.
